became involved with gymnastics at the age of seven in Baltimore,
Maryland. He competed in both High School and College level
gymnastics, and even Masters competition. He earned a Bachelor of
Science at Florida State University. He has been coaching and
teaching gymnastics for over 30 years. He is a Brevet judge for men,
a National judge for women and a USAG Safety Instructor. His early

should that be twisted! But, hey, twisting is part of gymnastics
isn't it?
